Use notes

• Last tested with a trunk a little after 0.94 was tagged.
• sshfs works.
• Pretty simple.

Development notes

• Trust eth0 in the firewall - otherwise sshd seems to be blocked, despite having an exception
• yum install gcc
• yum install wget
• yum install subversion
• Build the desired pythons - at least 2.7 and 3.2
• Ran the unit tests with only one small change.
