These are the prerequisites for building and running fallback-reboot:

1) For crypto support, you'll need an at least somewhat recent version
of openssl.  0.9.6 is known not to work.  0.9.7e is known to work.  See
also "UCI-Notes", for specifics on how to build in crypto at UCI; If
your -lcrypto is in a strange place as well, you may want to do
something similar, even if you aren't at UCI.

2) For the client program to work, you -might- be able to use an older
version of python, however the oldest I've tested with is 2.2.1.
