This is gquiz.

It's used for drilling yourself on problems, not for administering tests
to students.

Just create a directory, one file per question.  Each file should contain
both the question and the answer.  Then run gquiz.  The first time you
run gquiz, it should immediately pop you into the configuration screen,
where you can type in the name of the program you want to use to display
the questions and answers.

gquiz will ask each question again and again until you answer a given
question correctly twice in a row (twice is the default - you can
select from 1 to 5 correct repetitions).
