https://datasets.imdbws.com/ does not appear to have MPAA ratings. I xzgrep'd all the files listed there, and none of them
had PG.\?13, other than in movie _titles_.

Perhaps http://www.omdbapi.com/ would be a suitable replacement. It would probably make the fuzzy search impossible, but it
does at least include MPAA ratings.  It's a REST interface; it's probably not something you can just download.

I hunted around for a newer mpaa-ratings-reasons.list , but did not find one.  It appears the list is no longer updated and
even old versions have become hard to find.
