   70  vi /etc/apt/sources.list*
   71  apt update
   72  apt install libdvd-pkg
   73  dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg

70 above is to add contrib/nonfree.

To see the resolution of a blu ray disk:
    lsdvd -v
To see the resolution of an ogm file:
    mediainfo file.ogm
To customize Handbrake's rip (storage) resolution, use HandBrakeCLI --width with --loose-anamorphic (?)

bad-1.rip-output Percentage too low
good-1.rip-output Percentage hits 100%
good-2.rip-output Next percentage would be above 99%
good-3.rip-output Last percentage is over 99%
good-4.rip-output Last percentage is 100% - good despite non-ASCII character(s)

Note that some DVD titles don't make it to 100% (or even 99%), not even in the "next jump", but sometimes
that doesn't mean the title failed to rip.
