The Nihon-Kiin 1st Place Tournament was held for 11 years, from 1959/1960 until 1969/1970. Afterwards it became the All Japan 1st Place Tournament, held a further 6 times, from 1970 to 1975, and won all six (five?) times by Otake Hideo.
