check-accounts is a simple bash script that
attempts to help you decide if a list of system. The only reasons it is
restricted to system accounts at this time is:
It only checks a small number of "system" filesystems for ownerships
It only checks /etc/passwd and /etc/passwd.original (the latter
being assumed to be the /etc/passwd file from right after a CD
install)
