Joseki
- MFG Joseki
Dictionary (commercial software). I've been using this
for about 3 months (as of June 2, 2001), and it appears
to be a decent dictionary,
as far as it tries to be anyway. It doesn't appear to have
any comments about why something is good or bad, but
it does have the moves. I noticed that it included (at
least) one joseki that my teacher considers an old joseki
that he didn't like much now.
AI
- AIGO
$8 shareware
-
PilotGO (derived from a very old, and hence quite weak, version
of gnugo). See also here.
- The Turtle,
written from scratch, I believe in Forth. Also quite weak. Free
for now, to become shareware later.
- Go
- Go81 -
purportedly the best for palm
- weichiango
- An attractive-looking application, but it unfortunately does not
work on my Palm IIIxe. I'm not sure if my Palm is too slow or
not, but the app seems very unresponsive.
game recorders
- palmgo (shareware)
- gorec (shareware)
- PilotGOne
. I use this regularly, and it works pretty well. I've had
a little trouble with it crashing the whole PDA though (not good
at all).
- palmgone
- Go
- PalmSGF; sgf viewer, editor,
recorder. $35.99
