to-table2

to-table2 reads a CSV file and outputs an HTML table, with a few optional bells and whistles:

Convert a whitespace (or arbitrarily) delimited
CSV table, one row per line, to an HTML table.

Usage:
   -d                use a delimiter of |
   --delimiter ch    use a delimiter of ch
   --help            this stuff
   --suppressible    Output javascript code to allow suppressing unwanted rows and columns
   --tooltips        Output CSS styling to allow row/column tooltips
   --selections      Output clickable selections
   --yes-no          Output yes's and no's (yes's and empty spaces really) instead of the
                     actual table values
   --subtables       Build a subtable for each row
   --links           Hyperlink appropriately using 2nd column
   --no-comment      Do not output the input CSV as a series of comments
